Announcement for all Company employees

On the basis of our belief that, the SOC is the home of experience that is opulent with talented luminaries & skilled expertise thriving ahead at improving work performance for the company, and owing to the fact that the fame & prosperity of the company have by far been built upon the spirit of it's own people, who are naturally driven to give their best & innately enticed to get involved in the front lines of the company productive activities, as well as inputting their professionalism on behalf of the kindred companies of the oil sector as a whole.

In order to have these powers of lucid minds been motivated, the training & dev. dept. announces with open arms that, doors by now are fully open to the groups & individuals of all departments, so as to receive their inputs pertaining to the business growth of the company.   All employees working for the SOC are hereby called upon to submit their mature academic papers & scientific studies plus, their thorough production views & professional researches related to the company activities, which may appreciably participate in the enhancement of work performance including production increase, development of HSE aspects, lowering of enterprise capital costs and/or any related papers that may upgrade skills of the SOC employees in general.

Advanced concepts, patterns & (know how) suggestions and proposals, or rather any specified field of ideas that may appreciably serve the Sirte oil various objectives are warmly welcome & would be carefully studied & perused in extenso, whereas presenters will be given the opportunities to introduce their works in the best manner that they may be thought appropriate.

Employees responding positively to this announcement, would not only be highly commended by the chairman, members of management committee, and the dept. that they work for, but also, they would have the priority to enjoy receiving merits presented by the company for it's employees.
